Hazy IPA was born in the U.S.A. using lots of hops yet exhibiting very little bitterness. Most of the hops are added post-boil and to the fermenter (dry hopped) resulting in big hop flavor and aroma. This beer is brewed with Root Shoot Malt and American hops.

Once Upon A Time -

Grimm Brothers is honored to brew this beer for the Larimer County Fair and PRCA Rodeo. Celebrating the 250th birthday of the United States and the 150th birthday of Colorado, it is brewed with Loveland’s own Root Shoot malt. The Olander farm where the malt is grown is celebrating its 100th birthday, Root Shoot Malting its 10th, and Grimm Brothers its 16th. Toast to these milestones while you savor this beer, and enjoy the Fair and Rodeo – Prost!
