Once upon a time… a brewery was born.
Sixteen years ago, Grimm Brothers Brewing opened its doors with a passion for brewing exceptional beer and creating a place where community could gather.
Since then, we’ve grown into a full kitchen, taproom, cocktail bar, and event venue, becoming home to celebrations big and small, live music, fundraisers, first dates, family dinners, and countless memories.
Now it’s time to celebrate a milestone of our own.
Join us for an unforgettable weekend as we celebrate 16 years of Grimm Brothers with live music, unique experiences, award-winning beer, delicious food, and the incredible community that has made it all possible.
And because every great celebration is even better when it gives back, we’re proud to partner with SERVE 6.8 throughout the weekend. From Friday through Sunday, we’ll donate $1 from every Grimm beer sold to support their mission of serving neighbors across Northern Colorado with practical help, hope, and community.
Not drinking? We’ve created a special SERVE 6.8 Mocktail available exclusively during Sweet 16 weekend, and we’ll donate $1 from every one sold as well. No matter what’s in your glass, you can help make a difference.
